Most of the people I work with are high-achievers who have become experts at pretending. You’ve reached a point where 'getting by' just isn't working anymore. It’s a lonely place to be. Everyone knows you for what you do, but nobody really knows who you are. We’re here to look underneath the surface of that daily grind and figure out why it feels so hollow.
We talk about the heavy stuff: the roads you didn’t take and the version of yourself you're afraid is slipping away. These wake-up calls happen more than once, and the more we try to ignore them, the louder the panic gets. I’m here to help you stop avoiding those reminders and start answering them.
The Way I Work
I don’t offer 'band-aid' fixes. If you’re looking for a few quick sessions to help you get back to the loop as fast as possible, I’m likely not your person—and I say that because I value your time too much to waste it. Real, meaningful change through psychotherapy is an investment. It’s okay to actually take that time for yourself. There is no 'correct' speed; the work is simply done when it’s done. I respect your pace, and I respect your story.
