
Group therapy, or 'group process' is a unique way to work through issues via the connectedness of others. Many come to recognize that sharing our pain with others, whom understand what's it like to 'be in your shoes' helps us to not feel alone in our struggle. Groups are designed to express our thoughts, feelings and concerns while providing and receiving supportive feedback from the group.
